When i started my training first video i saw is this, i was look at it every day to get motivaiton and do one more training of 200 pushups... Now, 2 years later i back just to see my start... And yes, 2 yrs ago my max in one hour was 150-200, today, my max in 60 min is 2000, trust the process guys, never quit never give up ;D
